If your item doesn’t fit or there is any issue with your order, we always try to offer a free exchange first whenever possible.

If you receive an item with a confirmed issue, such as an incorrect, damaged, or unavailable product, you may request a refund within 3 days of receiving your order. After this period, we are unfortunately unable to determine how the item was stored, used, or handled.

In cases where an item becomes unavailable after purchase, a refund will also be provided accordingly.

In the event of a refund, the refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the transaction.

• All cases are carefully reviewed and investigated before any refund or exchange is approved
• Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging
• Delivery fees are non-refundable once the order has been successfully delivered
• Refunds are not accepted for change of mind after successful delivery, as the order process from our side was completed correctly
• Refunds or exchanges may be refused in cases involving used, damaged, dirty items, scam attempts, suspicious activity, or abuse of our policies
